Thank you for choosing to enroll in a program or course at Muslim University, a global online institution dedicated to accessible, quality Islamic and general education. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which tuition fees may be refunded. Please read it carefully before enrolling.

 1. Eligibility for Refund

• A student (local or international) may apply for a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the official start date of the course.
• After 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted, except in exceptional cases approved by the university administration (e.g., visa denial for international students, verified medical emergencies).

2. Refund Process and Deductions

• Approved refund requests will be processed and disbursed within 30 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, international remittance, or designated mobile financial services, depending on the student’s location.
• A 5% administrative deduction will apply to cover transaction fees and platform maintenance.
• Once refunded, the student will be unenrolled from the respective course, and platform access will be revoked.
  

3. Alternative Solutions (If Refund Not Granted)
If your refund request is not approved, you may choose from the following options:

• Transfer to Another Course: Apply your payment to enroll in another course offered by the university.
• Credit for University Services: Use the amount paid to purchase books, digital products, or services provided by Muslim University.
• Enroll a Substitute Student: Transfer your enrollment to another individual (subject to approval and identity verification).

• Currency exchange rate differences are not covered by Muslim University.
• International transaction delays may occur depending on your country and bank policy.
