Cancellation Policy
At Muslim University, students are allowed to cancel their enrollment under specific conditions. This policy applies to all academic programs including short courses, diploma, honours, and master's level studies.
1. Cancellation Timeframe:
Students must submit a cancellation request within 7 days of the course start date.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for cancellation.

2. How to Apply:
Students must fill out the official Cancellation Request Form online.
The university administration will review the application and inform the student of the decision.

3. If Cancellation Is Approved:
Upon approval, the student will be unenrolled from the respective course or program.
If the request falls within the eligible refund period, a refund will be issued according to the [Refund Policy], with applicable deductions.

4. If Cancellation Is Not Approved:
In such cases, students will be offered alternative options such as:
Transferring the fee to another available course.
Using the paid amount to purchase educational materials or services.
Transferring the enrollment to another person with prior approval.

5. For Long-Term Programs (Diploma, Honours, Master's):
Cancellations for long-term academic programs will require valid reasons and detailed justification.
The request will be reviewed by an internal academic committee before final approval.

6. University Rights:
Muslim University reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request.
The university also holds the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
